Access Agreement
Buff Dubs Pty Ltd t/a Silver Trak Digital provides a secure environment for Pre-release Content and confidential client material, as such the building and rooms within the building are private and secured areas where access is strictly by authorisation only. This document sets out the Terms and Conditions for third parties to be granted access during and after working hours.
Application for Access
Prior to building access being granted an application for access needs to be made by an authorised business person, editor or business manager. This will require completion of the registration form on the Silver Trak Digital website https://www.silvertrak.com.au/ and by submitting the details of the project dates, times and details of individuals. If the website cannot be reached the process can be completed by contacting the Security Manager (Rod Capon) on 0419 253 168.
Hours of Access
Buff Dubs Pty Ltd t/a Silver Trak Digital’s normal business hours are between 07:00 and 19:00, Monday to Friday excluding public holidays. Access to premises outside of these times will require additional approval from the Security Manager if not pre-organised in website application. Any unexpected extension of access hours that may be required must be immediately notified to the Security Manager in order to alert the security company.
Restricted Areas
Rooms outside of the edit suites, the kitchen and toilets are strictly off-limits and no attempt to enter these areas should be made.
Front Door and Security Grill
Outside of entry and departure the security grill must remain closed and locked, the front door should be closed and locked upon final departure if outside of normal business hours. At NO time should the security grill be propped open or left unlatched.
Any windows opened must be closed and secured upon departure.
Alarms
Security alarms will be set after normal business hours unless prior arrangements have been made with Security Manager – if editing after hours is required and alarm has been disengaged, the alarm will require resetting upon final departure. Should there be any problems with engaging the alarm or locking of doors the Security Manager should be immediately notified.
Unscheduled/Accidental Lock-out
In the event of an Accidental or unscheduled lock-out access to the building can only be gained by contacting the Security Manager who will provide a one-time code or direct access to the security box on exterior wall where a building key and access card can be found. Immediately after use this key and access card must be returned to the security box and box locked shut. If these units are not returned immediately, they must be returned directly to the security manager within 24 business hours to avoid them being declared lost. If declared lost a financial penalty as listed in the Impact Table.
Authorised Entry
Only those persons nominated on the access application should be on the premises at the nominated time. No additional or unauthorised persons should be granted access. If additional persons are required notification of such must be provided to the Security Manager prior to permitting entry
Insurances
You must provide at time of registration a copy of relevant business insurances or cover notes:
- Public Liability (min A$10 million)
- Workers Compensation and/or Salary Continuance
Damages to Equipment or Premises
You will be held liable for any damages to equipment or premises attributed to your or your personnel’s’ negligence. Such damages will be not less than the suitable repair or replacement of the affected property.
Loss or Non-Return of Access Keys/Card
Any security keys or access card provided for project completion must be returned to the Security Manager within 24 hours of project completion as designated on application for access. A security case is provided at reception for purpose of return and should be utilised prior to leaving the building, securing doors and setting alarms.
Where keys or access cards have not been returned and no other arrangement have been made within 12hours of departure, Buff Dubs/Silver Trak Digital will treat them as lost and a financial penalty per Impact Table will be incurred.
Cameras
The Buff Dubs/Silver Trak Digital building is monitored by security closed circuit cameras operating and recording 24hr x 7days and is checked daily. Any unusual circumstances identified during your access that indicate your misuse or disregard of the terms of access will be detected and notified to you. This notification may constitute a breach of this Agreement and financial penalties and/or future access applications denials may be incurred.
COVID-19
Buff Dubs Pty Ltd t/a Silver Trak Digital practices safe working arrangements as specified by Government Health recommendations and requires any persons entering the building to comply with these requirements. You should not enter the premises if you have flu like symptoms and have not received a negative result from a recent COVID screening. Similarly, if you have had a recent COVID test and are still awaiting results you must not enter the building. Upon entry you should ensure that you and your personnel make use of the hand sanitisers provided and wipe down any areas of use upon completion of your session.
Entry Scan
You and your personnel must upon entry login through the front desk consul answering the COVID safe questions honestly. ALL people on the premises must individually login.
Breach of Terms
Any breach of these terms of disregard of process will not be tolerated and may incur a financial penalty or result in future denial of entry. By signing this Agreement, you accept and acknowledge your responsibility under these terms.
